General Questions

Simply visit our One-off Cleaning or Home Cleaning to book a clean and as you provide information about your property and availability, your quote will dynamically adjust.

Starting from a minimum of two hours per booking, you pay an hourly rate that includes the cleaner's fee and our service charge. Based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home, we estimate the hours you'd need for a clean, but you can choose as many hours as you want. If you need additional services like washing and inside fridge clean, you can add them as extras.

No home visit is necessary! You can easily get a quote and book your cleaning online in just one minute, without needing a visit from sales representatives.

Typically, cleaning supplies are not included to ensure your cleaner uses your preferred products and to avoid cross-contamination. If you need supplies, we can provide them for an extra £10 per visit (£15 for End of Tenancy cleans). Please ensure you have a vacuum and mop/bucket available.
If you're not happy with the cleaning, just give us a shout. We'll do our best to sort it out for you. We're always happy to help and we've got a satisfaction guarantee to make sure you're happy with our service.
Yes, we’ve got full insurance coverage with employer’s liability up to £10,000,000 and public liability up to £2,000,000.

Cleaning Questions

Our standard cleaning service is all-inclusive, and we'll make sure all the rooms in your home are thoroughly cleaned. If there's anything else you'd like us to take care of, just let us know when you book or give us a call. You can find a full list of our services on our website. Our basic service covers kitchens and bathrooms, toilets, bathroom cabinets, showers, and baths. We'll dust all your furniture, vacuum the entire house, and wipe down baseboards, window sills, and light fixtures.
We can help with a range of cleaning tasks, including weekly cleaning, one-off cleans and end-of-tenancy cleaning. You can find out more on our services page.
Normally one cleaner will be assigned to your home. For recurring services we try to send the same cleaner each time. For end of tenancy and deep cleanings, a team of 2-3 cleaners will attend.
Yes, all our cleaners go through a comprehensive screening process, including background checks, reference checks and face-to-face interviews. They are required to have significant residential cleaning experience.
Although our service is designed to help you get your deposit back with a fully professional and itemised cleaning, we cannot guarantee a refund of the deposit as this is out of our control. If anything is missing, contact us within 7 days with the official inventory report and we'll take care of it.

Scheduling Questions

We can't guarantee it, but we often can accommodate same-day bookings based on availability. Just get in touch to check for same-day slots.
No, you don't have to be there. If you're not going to be there, just let us know the access instructions in your customer dashboard.
We aim to be punctual, but allow a one hour window due to possible traffic and weather delays. We will contact you with an updated ETA if there is a delay.
Pre-booked cleanings are paid for via our website or bank transfer and for telephone bookings full payment is processed after the cleaning has been completed. A minimum of 2 hours will be charged before the cleaner arrives.
There are no commitments or contracts for domestic one off cleaning. You can cancel the service up to 48 hours before the start of your cleaning without penalty. Pre-booked payments will be refunded within 3-5 working days.
Yes, we can collect and return keys if the estate agent is nearby. A small fee may apply.
